PHD SERVICES is Hiring a Furniture Technician Near Peoria, IL
Job Scope:
- Engaged with Property Management ; Building Leadership ; Employees on life safety systems & procedures
- Assemble furniture & equipment / hang pictures & whiteboards
- Work with Executive Assistance and building occupants on office needs
- Furniture/Equipment Changes & Relocation
- Manage Office Equipment
- Outside Tradesmen for specialized trade needs
- On call to support Building Leadership
- Manage equipment & supply deliveries and distribution
- Restock conference & office supplies including pens/paper pads/soda/water
- Assist Employees that are relocating To/From office
- Provide boxes ; labels ; manpower to facilitate
- Ability to use hand tools
Job Type: Full-time
